Job Summary
Circadia is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing partners and long-term clients. This role focuses on strategically guiding clients through tailored growth initiatives, leveraging Circadiaā€™s 90-day growth plan to help them advance to the next partnership level. The ideal candidate will proactively identify opportunities, address client needs, and deliver personalized solutions to drive business growth. Key objectives include meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals, minimizing client attrition, and maximizing client growth and retention. This role works cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless client experience.
What Youā€™ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and long-term clients, serving as a trusted advisor and business growth consultant.
- Develop and execute customized 90-day growth plans for clients, ensuring their business progression to higher partnership levels.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by identifying new revenue opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling relevant products and services.
- Proactively address client concerns, implement retention strategies, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, including sales metrics, attrition rates, and client growth rates, while regularly reporting on progress and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to drive cohesive client engagement strategies and seamless execution of growth initiatives.
- Conduct regular client meetings, performance reviews, and strategy sessions to assess satisfaction and reinforce the value of Circadiaā€™s partnership.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and evolving client needs to provide innovative solutions and maintain Circadiaā€™s leadership in the skincare industry.
What You BringĀ
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to develop and execute tailored growth plans.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and business development tools to track sales performance and client engagement.
- Experience in the skincare or beauty industry is preferred, particularly in B2B sales or working with estheticians and spas.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
- Esthetician license or familiarity with skincare treatments and products is preferred but not required.
