Job Summary

Circadia is seeking a dedicated Assembly Specialist to support the production team by assembling and packaging skincare products with accuracy and efficiency. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to quality standards, and a strong commitment to maintaining a smooth production flow. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with team members, follow established guidelines, and contribute to the company’s mission of delivering high-quality skincare solutions.


What You’ll Do

  • Assemble and package skincare products according to company guidelines and quality standards.
  • Inspect and verify components for accuracy and quality before and after assembly.
  • Ensure all products meet company specifications before advancing to the next stage of production.
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output goals and deadlines.
  • Follow all production procedures, work instructions, and safety protocols to ensure an efficient workflow.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company regulations.
  • Report any discrepancies, defects, or issues encountered during assembly to the Assembly Supervisor.
  • Assist with inventory management by monitoring and maintaining assembly materials.

What You Bring 

  • High school diploma, equivalent, or additional technical or vocational education is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or production environment is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of assembly techniques, tools, and product specifications is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in assembly tasks.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and the ability to adhere to safety standards.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting are preferred.

  • Competitive hourly pay.
  • Full-time schedule: Monday – Friday (7 AM – 3 PM).
  • PTO/Vacation: 15 days to start, increasing with tenure.
