Circadia is seeking a personable and highly motivated Client Care Representative to join our client care team. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for our clients by providing exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a seamless client experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong understanding of Circadia’s products and services. The Client Care Representative will collaborate with internal teams and report directly to the Client Care Manager.


Job Summary

Circadia is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing partners and long-term clients. This role focuses on strategically guiding clients through tailored growth initiatives, leveraging Circadia’s 90-day growth plan to help them advance to the next partnership level. The ideal candidate will proactively identify opportunities, address client needs, and deliver personalized solutions to drive business growth. Key objectives include meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals, minimizing client attrition, and maximizing client growth and retention. This role works cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless client experience.


What You’ll Do

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries across phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Provide clients with detailed product and service information to guide them to tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
  • Resolve client complaints and issues efficiently, maintaining a positive and professional approach to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately process client orders, returns, and exchanges while adhering to company procedures to maintain smooth operations.
  • Stay current on products, promotions, and policies to provide informed and up-to-date support.
  • Document client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system with precision and attention to detail.
  • Conduct proactive follow-ups with clients to confirm successful resolution and gauge overall satisfaction.
  • Update and manage client care databases, ensuring all client information remains accurate and organized.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to relay valuable client feedback and insights.
  • Actively participate in team training sessions, meetings, and events to stay informed about new products, services, and customer service best practices.

What You Bring 

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or client care role (skincare, beauty, or wellness industry preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • A positive attitude, passion for client care, and a strong desire to deliver outstanding customer experience.
     

What You'll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus).
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or client care role, preferably in the skincare, beauty, or wellness industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service tools (e.g., CRM systems).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities, delivering effective solutions in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes. 
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly pay.
  • Full-time schedule: Monday – Friday (7 AM – 3 PM).
  • PTO/Vacation: 15 days to start, increasing with tenure.
